Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive individual to join our sales team as a Cold Calling Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.
You must be comfortable speaking with strangers, handling objections, and consistently meeting or exceeding call targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists or CRM tools.
- Deliver clear and engaging pitch scripts to introduce our offerings.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and record key data.
- Handle objections, answer questions, and build initial interest in our product or service.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-ups for senior sales representatives (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion quotas.
- Continuously improve performance based on coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and adjust your pitch on the fly.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to handle rejection.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound call environment.
